Rugby Workshop With Derek!

The Rookie Rugby program, sponsored by Rugby Ontario and Rugby Canada, visited our school today.  Students got an introduction to some rugby terminology, and skills.  Everyone worked their tails off, and really got into the drills Derek put us through.  I think there is a future in Rugby for many of our students.  They will have their first opportunity in middle school, as I believe that there is a touch team in most middle schools in the area, and there certainly is in High School.  It is actually becoming one of the most popular, and growing team sports for girls in the area!
