Owl Pellet Dissection

Today in class we explored the world of the owl pellet.  Ask your child where owl pellets come from, and which body parts they were able to identify from the owl pellets they took apart.  By analyzing bones the students were able to reconstruct their specimens and identify the genus, or even species in many cases.
